Use
By accessing or using the SunnyBee application, you fully accept these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the application.
The Service
SunnyBee is a digital platform for beekeeping management. We provide tools for logging inspections, harvests, expenses, and AI-assisted analytics as an optional feature.
Plans & Pricing
SunnyBee reserves the right to change pricing with a minimum 30-day notice. Notice will be sent by email and/or within the application. Active subscriptions are non-refundable if pricing changes during an active paid period.
AI-Powered Analysis
ALL AI results are ADVISORY ONLY. They do not replace the judgment of a professional beekeeper or veterinary expertise. SunnyBee accepts no liability for colony losses or damages resulting from decisions based on AI analysis.
Accounts & Security
Each account is personal and non-transferable. A new login automatically deactivates all other active sessions. Creating fake accounts or abusing AI credits is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Albanian law, SunnyBee is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid during the last 3 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 15 days in advance. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Tirana.
